What do we do here at Barton Healthcare Staffing? We work with nurses and allied health professionals to place them on short- and long-term job assignments at healthcare facilities across the U.S. that are in need of temporary coverage.

 

As one of our Account Executives, you will grow and develop a portfolio of client managers at healthcare facilities and work with our Recruiting Consultants to find them the perfect nurse or allied health professional to help with their staffing shortages. When a successful ‘match’ is made between a clinician and a healthcare facility, both sides of our sales team win!

Responsibilities

  • Build your portfolio by calling into the marketplace to identify healthcare facilities that use or plan to use temporary nurses or allied health professionals for staffing gaps
  • Establish rapport, network with and develop strong professional relationships with the key client managers in your portfolio
  • Gather all of the necessary information regarding the client’s staffing needs and create detailed job listings for our Recruiters to fill with a qualified clinician
  • Provide high-quality customer service to ensure all assignments are running smoothly
